Outline

Through meditation we can temporarily make our mind more peaceful, but how can we develop a more stable and lasting experience of inner peace, so that we can be peaceful all the time? The first step is to develop a mind of renunciation. Renunciation is a determination to liberate ourself permanently from the sufferings of our countless future lives. Through developing and maintaining this special determination, we can guide ourself gradually to the permanent inner peace of nirvana.

On this day course we will explore with Gen Osung the main cause of our problems and suffering, and how to abandon it, through developing renunciation..

Come and find out more on this special half day workshop.
