The Wisdom Of Selflessness

Saturday 10th May, 10am – 1pm

According to Buddhism, by far the best thing we could do for ourselves is to stop believing in a limited, ordinary, and often painful sense of ourself as if it was the truth.

Course and Teacher

Outline

We need to understand that we are merely imputed by conceptual thought like everything else. If we don’t know how to stop grasping at this limited sense of self, it is hard to let go and reimagine ourselves.

This is why we need to do the meditation on the emptiness of our self. Once we can dissolve away our stuck sense of self, we can start being who we want to be. We can change everything.

Come along and learn this extraordinary and transformative meditation, on the true nature of our self, the emptiness of our self, and free yourself from limiting self conceptions.

When examined in this way, Who is living and who is it who will die?

What is the future and what is the past?

Who are our friends and who are our relatives?

I beseech you who are just like me, Please know that all things are empty, like space.”
