In our modern life, feelings of anxiety, worry and inadequacy are very common. Whether they arise from focusing on ourself or the situation of our world, we can feel overwhelmed and helpless.

In this half day course, we will learn positive, practical ways to respond to difficulties and thereby understand how to cope and transform painful feelings. In this way we will solve all our daily problems and experience inner freedom and joy.

Kelsang Minche
Kelsang Minche has been studying under the guidance of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for 18 years and has been ordained for 15 years. She teaches in a clear and genuine way, having been involved in intensive teacher training programmes and retreats.
