Mahayana Refuge Vow Ceremony

Sunday 7th April, 10am-12pm

With Gen Kelsang Osung

(Celebrating NKT day)

During the Mahayana Refuge Ceremony we formally go for refuge to the Three precious Jewels: Buddha, Dharma and Sangha

By following the liberating path taken by Buddha, we too can achieve permanent inner peace. The essence of this path is seeking refuge in the Three Jewels of Buddhism:  Buddha (the teacher), Dharma (the teachings), and Sangha (the spiritual community).

Through seeking refuge in these three precious wishfulfilling jewels, we can fulfil all our own wishes as well as the wishes of all living beings.

On this Sunday morning special event, we have an incredibly precious opportunity to receive the special blessings of refuge by engaging in a Mahayana Refuge Vow Ceremony and together create powerful causes for world peace and enlightenment.
