The preliminary practice of Guru Yoga – Mandala Offering Retreat.

Spiritual practices such as meditation are methods to improve the nature
and capacity of our mind to be peaceful. They are only effective, however, if we have an abundant
collection of positive and inspiring energy in our mind. Learn 2 powerful methods for accumulating
this energy so that our meditations will have the power to make the mind peaceful. The retreat will
start with a short talk by Gen. Chodor on the first morning followed by 3 days of unguided retreat
sessions. Each session lasts one and half hours and will include prayers (Offering to the Spiritual
Guide).

All sessions are free.

Friday 1st

Session 1 – 10.00 – 11.00 – Introduction to the retreat
