Relationshsips are most important
What are the important skills for happy and harmonious relationships? These weekly classes are designed to offer practical advice everyone can apply to relationships at home and in the workplace. You will be under the care and guidance of our local teacher, Sarah Filmer who has been practising Buddhas teachings and applying them to her family life for over 20 years. Each class will include a guided meditation and practical advice on how to integrate the teachings into daily life. They are suitable for everyone.
Suitable for complete beginners, these classes will combine guided meditation with practical spiritual advice that you can apply immediately to your daily life to solve problems and find a deeper happiness.
Everyone is welcome. You do not need to be a Buddhist to attend the classes, or to benefit from the techniques taught.
They are easy to follow and do not need prior knowledge or experience. It is not necessary to attend all the classes and you can start anytime.
