Join us for this special public talk with Kadam Bridget Heyes, on this very important topic – calming the anxious mind. In modern life almost everyone experiences some degree of fear and anxiety which has a real negative impact on our lives including our well being and our happiness.
Through her good humour, wisdom and compassion Kadam Bridget will share practical meditation methods and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that everyone can use in their daily life to feel less anxious and make their mind balanced, clear and calm.
Everyone is welcome . The special talk is suitable to those new to meditation as well as experienced practitioners.

Kadam Bridget Heyes is a senior student of Buddhist Master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. She has been practising and teaching Dharma for over 30 years and is the NKT-IKBU National Spiritual Director of the UK and Ireland. Kadam Bridget is known for her powerful teachings, compassionate heart, and deep understanding of Buddha’s wisdom advice.
