Course and Teacher

Outline

Although we long to find lasting pleasure, comfort and security in other people and things, in the end none of them can last forever.

On this course we will learn how, through meditation, we can develop a special wisdom that will help us to deal with the inevitable winds of change and loss in our lives and remain peaceful whilst experiencing them.

We will learn methods for how to: let go of the things we cannot control, transform loss in a positive way and remain peaceful amidst these challenges so we can become a refuge for others.
