The Habits of Good Meditators

Meditation is the best method to make our mind peaceful and when it is peaceful we are always happy and free from problems. In this course you will learn what habits we need to cultivate in order for our meditation to be effective.
Teacher: This event will be taught by our resident teacher, Gen Chodor who has been practising and teaching for over 25 years. The event will include teachings and guided meditations, light refreshments and the opportunity to discuss and ask questions.
