The Healing Practices
of Taking and Giving
All classes are currently being delivered via “Zoom”.
When you book you will receive links to the classes that will take you to the page for the relevant “Zoom” meeting which will be available at the start time of the class.
After the class, the same page will have a link to a recording of the class which will remain available for 3 days.
Classes are also now running ‘in-person’. As spaces are limited, please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to attend class at the Centre.
The healing practices of taking and giving

A four week course exploring these powerful ancient healing practices – the meditations on taking away suffering by means of compassion and giving happiness by means of love, enabling us to remove negativity from the world and spread love and kindness.. These meditations heal both body and mind, increase our ability to take on challenges, and help us to develop the supreme good heart of a Bodhisattva. These practices also enable us to transform all types of difficulty – such as pain, illness, and anxiety – into spiritual growth. In the process we can destroy the source of our own suffering and problems and purify our sickness.
Once we learn this practice, every breath we take can be healing and meaningful.
