A 6 week course – Tuesdays 7.00 – 8.15pm
There is no doubt that the situation with the pandemic has been one of the biggest crises we have faced in recent history.
We have experienced widespread anxiety and concern for the welfare of ourselves and countless others abounds. Many of our day-to-day activities have been curtailed.
There is much uncertainty and we are unsure where we can find solutions to help us weather this storm.
‘Inspiring solutions for difficult times’ is a 6 week meditation course looking at how we can transform such difficulties into personal growth, valuable spiritual insight and deep inner peace by training our mind. These practices enable us to use our adversities and experiences of suffering to create opportunities for deep and meaningful change and are essential for our happiness. Through this training we can become like peacocks who can thrive on poison!
During the course we will be addressing such questions as: Why is there so much suffering? Can compassion and wisdom really transform these difficult conditions? How can I develop real inner strength through adversity? Can I find the peace and happiness I desire? and many other meaningful topics..

Attending & booking
You can drop in to the class each week, the cost is £7.00 or by block booking the whole course in advance it is a reduced price of £30 for the whole course.
Alternatively you can purchase a Centre Card for £20/month (you can cancel anytime) which gives you free access to weekday classes.

The general structure of the class:
- The classes are organized as short courses, usually around 4 – 6 weeks long
- You can attend the whole course or simply drop in whenever you can as each class is self-contained
- Practical teaching on meditation and aspects of positive thinking (approx. 30 – 40 mins)
- Guided meditation including relaxation (approximately 25 mins)
- Advice on how to put the teachings into practice in daily life.
