Building self confidence

Wednesdays 9th to 30th June 2021

7 – 8:15 pm

4 weeks for £20

We all want to feel good about ourselves. Suffering from a lack of self confidence can adversely affect our daily life, our relationships and our spiritual development. However, self-confidence is not a quality that we either have or don’t have. It is a state of mind that can be cultivated.

On this 4 week course we will learn different ways of relating to ourself, relating to our pure potential and limitless nature of our mind, rather than to our limitations. The authentic self-confidence that results empowers us in all our activities and gives us the self-belief to develop our good qualities to the full. In this way we begin to be the confident, joyful, loving person we truly wish to be.
