The Benefits of Meditation. Sat 8 Sept 10.00 – 1 pm £15

We are all searching for happiness and trying to stop our problems, unfortunately any happiness is short lived. If we sincerely practise meditation however we will find a natural source of lasting happiness and refuge within. Beginners welcome. This course is a suitable introduction to the course ‘How to Meditate’ later on in the year.

 

Benefits of attending: in half a day learn about the causes of happiness; feel more hopeful and self confident; try some simple meditations to get you started. See why meditation is an essential part of normal daily life.

Teacher: This event will be taught by our resident teacher, Gen Chodor who has been practising and teaching for over 25 years. The event will include teachings and guided meditations, light refreshments and the opportunity to discuss and ask questions.

If you cancel up to the day before the course is scheduled to begin we will refund all but 25% non-refundable deposit. If cancelled on the day or after the event no refund will be given.
