Meditation for Beginners. Sun 26 Nov 11.00 – 2 pm
Special introduction to meditation for those who are new to meditation. Meditation is a method for creating inner peace in our lives. Everyone can do it. The cost includes a light lunch, guided meditation and the opportunity to discuss and ask questions.
By donation. All proceeds will go to the International Temples Project. To celebrate our 10th anniversary Kelsang Chodor will give a basic introduction and guided meditation. This will be followed by a light lunch

The class will be given by our residetn teacher, Kelsang Chodor, who has been teaching and practising meditation for over 23 years.
