Learn the best ways to live a full and meaningful life. We all want to lead a positive, fulfilling life but often our ideas don’t work out the way we imagined. Evidence shows some surprising ways to promote happiness and well being. Discover what views and intentions will bring the best out of us.

The course will be taught by our resident teacher, Kelsang Chodor, who has been teaching and practising meditation for over 23 years.

If you cancel up to the day before the course is scheduled to begin we will refund all but 25% non-refundable deposit. If cancelled on the day or after the event no refund will be given.
